Return & Refund Policy
Returns requesting a refund should be made within 15 days of receipt of products. All tags should be attached. Products purchased with a 20% or more discount will be provided with store credit.
Upon receiving the returned items, within 5 to 15 business days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund or store credit. For Canadian orders, $7.50 will be deducted from the refund for shipping unless store credit is issued. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the US based customer. Orders that received free shipping included will have actual cost of shipping deducted from any refund unless store credit is issued. This amount is often between $7.50 to $20.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been lost or stolen, please notify us by replying to your delivery confirmation email within 24 hours.
Eligible refunds for canceled orders, for any reason, will incur a 3% deduction for payment processing. This does not apply to store credit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
